Where we ship

SleepSealed currently ships to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

U.S. orders receive free tracked shipping. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is 6–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, or an incorrect address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking scans may take time to appear after fulfillment begins.

Address changes and cancellations

Email support@sleepsealed.co as soon as possible if an address is wrong or you need to cancel. We can update or cancel an order only before fulfillment has begun.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

Contact support@sleepsealed.co with your order number. We may request a photo of damaged or incorrect goods so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

Do not send products to our legal postal address. Contact support first for authorized return instructions. See the Return and Refund Policy for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
