By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

SleepSealed provides general product information only. Content on the site is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and does not replace advice from a qualified professional. SleepSealed is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not a replacement for prescribed therapy. Do not use the product if you cannot breathe comfortably through your nose. If you have a medical condition, suspected sleep apnea, breathing difficulty, or concerns about whether the product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified clinician before use.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Prices and availability may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and recurring terms are shown before you confirm payment.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you choose a subscription, the price, delivery frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. You may cancel, pause, or manage a subscription using the methods provided in your account or renewal communications, subject to any terms shown at purchase. Cancellation applies to future renewals and does not reverse an order already fulfilled.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Ownership and risk transfer as permitted by applicable law. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Do not send returns to our legal postal address unless support instructs you to do so.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy protected content unlawfully, or use the site for fraudulent or illegal activity.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
